Improvements of analytics page

Stoovo is California based startup that focuses on improving delivery industry in US. With this task we had an issue with analytics page, place where gig workers can track there earnings. But more on that later in this case study.

We receive complaints from users to support about the fact that the analytics page does not work or it is difficult to connect an account.

Increase amount of connected accounts. We will check it by comparing it with the indicators of the previous period.

We had some messages in support about problems of analytics page. Analytics page works only when user connects there work account through 3-rd party partner. People was confused about the way on how to connect the account and why page wasn't working.

  1. It's hard for users to find CTA with needed action.

  2. User doesn't see CTA as active.

  3. When there is no data, user thinks that something will appear soon, leave and doesn't come back.

  4. When there is no data, user tries to find solution themselves and when they fail messages support.

We came together with the CEO and explored solutions on how we can resolve this task. Here are some of variants that I created.

We picked the best variant based on logic of the flows, development difficulty and overall visual fit.

Results +50% conversion

After development was done we waited some time for result of this improvement. And the results were great, we increased conversion into account connection by 50%.
